Why Subscriptions?

The following letter is an attempt to deliver a personal touch, as we are aware that subscriptions are a delicate topic.

Dear User,

Subscriptions are typically thought of as a negative, and you may be asking yourself why we require subscriptions for some of our features.

Small companies like GameGlass rely on subscriptions to help project incoming cash flow, keep people employed, and make sure we are able to bring the necessary people on board to help move the product forward.

Without subscriptions, we wouldn't be able to sustain consistent feature development or make the changes you ask for as our beloved users.

Instead of "another subscription", think of it as a contract.

By subscribing to GameGlass, we vow to work with YOU to build the best product we possibly can and to provide you with the most enjoyment, immersion, accessibility, support and gameplay experiences for the games you love that we possibly can.

GameGlass was born from the community, and the community is what drives our roadmap.

If you feel we have not lived up to our end of this contract, then you are able to unsubscribe at any point by following the instructions in the "managing your subscription" section below.

We don't make it difficult to unsubscribe.

But before you go, we would love to hear from you about why you left, and what we could do better.

This helps us improve GameGlass for everyone in the future!

Manage Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription directly from the GameGlass Hub Software. First click the settings cog at the top right of the interface and then go to the account tab from there:

Next click the "Manage account" button and enter the email address you used to purchase a Glass Pass Subscription

From here you can change, update, or view your subscription details with the 4 blue links below or click on the "GameGlass Monthly/Annual Subscription" bubble near the top which will allow you to cancel upcoming subscription billings if desired.

If you choose to cancel your subscription keep in mind this only prevents future re-billings, it does not affect the period you've already paid for nor does it trigger a refund.

See here for information on our return policy.
