GameGlass on the Xeneon Edge

Written by Michel Boudreau

GameGlass Hub has released an Overlay that works on the same PC without affecting your game's focus. Get version 8.0.0 now to see it in all its glory (or just update your Hub)! No iCUE needed - Just GameGlass.

The Corsair Xeneon Edge is secondary touch monitor with a unique resolution of 2560x720 and is becoming increasingly popular among Sim gamers. By using the GameGlass iCUE widget, you can bring your favorite Shards and game controls directly onto this specialized display area, however, many shards have not been optimized for this non-standard resolution, so it might make more sense to have 2 shards side by side or editing a single shard for this new resolution.

Follow the steps below to download, install, and configure the widget.

You must use iCUE version 5.48.58 and above for this to work - previous version had a window focus issue which prevented keybinds from reaching the correct window/game.

1. Download and Install GameGlass Hub

Download GameGlass Hub on the computer that plays the game. This is necessary to be able to communicate between the widget in iCUE and your game. This is also where you can add shards.

2. Sign Up

Open GameGlass Hub and sign up for an account. When you do, you'll have a 14 day free trial added to your account to try it out unrestricted.

3. Setup Xeneon Edge & iCUE

Please follow the official setup steps to get your Xeneon Edge working correctly with iCUE.

4. Download the GameGlass Widget from the Elgato Marketplace or from us directly.

5. Import the GameGlass Widget into iCue

Click the "+" button in the Widgets panel within iCUE. This opens the Import Widget wizard, where you can drag and drop or browse for the GameGlass.icuewidget file. iCUE verifies the file to make sure it contains valid widget data, and if everything checks out, the widget is added to your widget list for all supported devices.

You can also double-click the GameGlass.icuewidget file on your system to launch the import wizard directly. iCUE opens automatically if it isn't already running.

6. Enjoy!
