Problems or Errors while Signing In

If you're having issues while trying to sign into the GameGlass App or Hub, there could be multiple reasons. Let's go through some common culprits:

  1. Eero Router (Or any Router with "AI Security")
    Eero can block our domain automatically because of their "Advanced AI Security". Simply add gameglass.gg to the Allow Website section in the router settings to fix this issue. Make sure UDP is enabled for your local network for Device to PC connectivity.

  2. VPNs
    Sometimes VPNs will block gameglass.gg, try disabling it to see if that fixes it. If there's a way to allow domains, please do so. If you are using a VPN, please enable Local Network Access so that your device can connect directly to your PC using your local network instead of using our relay service.

  3. Ad/Privacy Blockers
    Same as VPNs above, sometimes they will automatically block our domain. Try disabling it to see if that fixes the issue.

  4. DNS
    If you're using a "Family DNS", it can happen where our domain or a subdomain is miscategorized and the DNS server will not serve our app. If this is the case, try temporarily moving it to the full public DNS to see if that fixes it. If this is the issue, please create a support ticket mentioning the DNS service you're using so we can request a review of our domain.

If you're experiencing any other issues not listed here, or the solutions are not working. Try accessing our web app @ https://app.gameglass.gg instead of the Device app to see if the issues persist, then please open a support ticket with us so we can look further into it on our end.

Thank you for your patience with this issue as we personally know how frustrating it can be for things to not work while you're just trying to play your favorite game. It's near impossible for us to test or predict all possible network configurations of our users, but we're here to help you find the problem and fix it.
