You have 7 days from the time your order was placed to contact us for a full refund. Just send us an email to support@gameglass.gg and reference your order# in the subject line.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests on repeated repurchases of the same content (subscriptions or Shards) after having already provided a refund at a prior date in order to prevent abuse of this policy.
