Helldivers 2 and certain other games employ anti-cheat measures which block virtual keypresses to prevent automation of complex commands at a software level. Although GameGlass does not in any way abuse the use of virtual keypresses any more than the way a physical keyboard's macros would perform them, GameGlass does rely on virtual keypress signals and therefore is blocked by Helldivers 2 and will not function with the game at this time.
